Research-related information
Product or service usage, attitudes, opinions, and preferences, experiences with aging, caregiving, or care delivery, and feedback on concepts, messages, or services we test on behalf of clients.
Sensitive personal information
Depending on the study, we may collect sensitive categories of information, such as health-related information, details about caregiving situations, and, in limited cases, political or religious views or sexual orientation or other protected characteristics relevant to a specific research topic. We collect sensitive personal information only where it is relevant to a study's eligibility criteria or subject matter, and, where required by law, only with your consent. We do not use sensitive personal information for marketing purposes.
Internet and technical information
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site, and referring website or campaign information.
