Healthcare market research agency
Qualitative and quantitative fieldwork built for healthcare audiences
We plan and field healthcare market research studies across the US and UK, recruiting the specific patients, caregivers, HCPs, and allied health professionals each brief calls for.
Two research modes, one recruitment engine
Qualitative and quantitative research, defined in plain English
- Focus groups
- Small moderated group discussions, usually 6–8 participants, used to explore attitudes and reactions in a shared conversation.
- In-depth interviews (IDIs)
- One-on-one conversations that allow a participant to describe their experience, condition, or decision-making in their own words and pace.
- Ethnographic research
- Observing participants in their own environment — at home or at work — to understand behavior that's hard to self-report accurately.
- Surveys & panels
- Structured questionnaires fielded to a defined group, used to measure attitudes, usage, or outcomes at scale and track them over time.
- Quantitative data collection
- Numeric fieldwork — screening data, usage logs, structured outcome measures — gathered consistently enough to support statistical analysis.
- Panels
- Pre-recruited, pre-screened groups of participants who can be called on repeatedly across a single study or a series of related studies.
Who we recruit
Four audiences, one screening standard
Every study starts with a precise picture of who needs to be heard. We recruit against that picture consistently, whether the audience is:
- Patients living with the condition or using the product in question.
- Caregivers supporting a patient's day-to-day care and decisions.
- Healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as physicians, specialists, and nurses.
- Allied health professionals including pharmacists, therapists, and other clinical staff.
Therapeutic flexibility
We scope to the condition — we don't force the condition to fit our panel
Primana Insights is built to work flexibly across therapeutic areas, from common chronic conditions to more specialized clinical populations, rather than restricting recruitment to a fixed disease list. Each brief defines the eligibility criteria; we build the recruitment plan around it.
